Summary
Basic summary of gameplay or storyline.

Developed by Silicon & Synapse (now known as Blizzard Entertainment), Rock 'n Roll Racing is an arcade combat racing game similar to R.C. Pro-Am for the original NES. Combat plays a heavy role in the game, as each car has a frontal weapon (i.e. a laser or missile) and a drop weapon (i.e. spikes or mines). As you complete races, you get more money to upgrade your car, and can purchase additional ammunition and/or mechanical upgrades between every race. The soundtrack features "Born to Be Wild," "Bad to the Bone," "The Peter Gunn Theme," "Highway Star" and "Paranoid., hence the title.
