Oscar

A port of the Amiga platformer published by Titus on the SNES, this platformer spoofed four movie genres -- horror, cartoons, westerns and prehistoric times -- and starred a big-haired tubby fellow (likely a light joke on movie critics or moviegoers) who had to collect up Oscar statues in a game that played somewhat like Sega's Sonic The Hedgehog series and featured a bevy of Amiga-styled graphic effects.
